Tools for for easy updating

For Fortera Credit Union, we led a full website redesign built to better serve members, support marketing goals, and scale with the organization. The result is a modern, intuitive experience that makes it easier to find the right information—and take action with confidence.

We designed and developed the site in Craft CMS, integrated HubSpot, and connected a range of supporting systems. We also built key features like a dynamic Rates module, structured Banking Products architecture, Credit Card comparisons, and an Alerts system—giving Fortera a flexible platform that’s powerful for users and easy for the team to manage.

Credit union rejuvinated

Rather than go with an out of the box solution, Fortera chose to let L2D strategize, design a build a solution that was customized just for them. This bucks the trend for credit unions and banks that typically an out-of-the-box website products. It paid off too.

Fortera had more new member signups in the first two months after relaunch than the entire year prior, and a 30% increase in website traffic across the board.
